The Community Resource Center (CRC)
works with individuals, organizations and communities to build
great organizations that are well managed, accountable for
performance, and deliver on their promises. CRC staff members
have worked in communities throughout Colorado and across
the country, and are familiar with both rural and urban issues.
Good management practices are fundamentally the same for all
organizations, but how these practices are put to work varies
widely among and within organizations. CRC's approach is hands-on
and practical, resulting in skills, tools and strategies you
can put to work immediately.
Whether your group is starting out, growing, or shifting gears,
CRC takes a holistic view of your specific situation, working
with you to build a self-sustaining, effective organization.
Our mission is simple -- to help you fulfill your mission!
CRC begins its customized services with an in-depth conversation
to:
- Analyze and assess your needs to determine
how we can be of assistance
- Clarify your expectations and explain our
approach and design
- Create a "scope of work" or a list
of activities, time-line and costs for the customized services.

In keeping with CRC's mission to provide leadership, technical
assistance, and consulting services to nonprofits throughout
Colorado, we are looking for statewide and local organizations
beyond the Front Range to partner with us to bring custom-designed
workshops to your community. Topics might include:

- Evaluating Organizational Readiness
and Capacity to Fund Raise
- How to Attract Individual Donors
