Upcoming Training Events
Colorado has a strong nonprofit community because foundations and nonprofits partner to strengthen communities. Together, we also form effective community networks that can influence change in policies that benefit the people we serve and support a flourishing operating environment for nonprofits.
On Aug. 2, Community Resource Center, Colorado Association of Funders, and Colorado Nonprofit Association will present the C(3) Forum: An In-Depth Discussion on Nonprofit Advocacy, Public Policy and Community Engagement.
Like every C(3) Forum, this full-day event brings together nonprofit professionals and funders for conversation and learning. New this year, we are also partnering with Chambers Family Fund, The Colorado Health Foundation, The Piton Foundation, Rose Community Foundation and Grassroots Grantmakers to bring in national speakers and local experts.
- Keynote presentations from national thought leaders from Alliance for Justice and National Council of Nonprofits
- Educational trainings and issues-based discussion, including tips for working with grant makers, advocacy and community engagement
- Opportunities for inter- and cross-sector networking and dialogue with professionals from around the state

Collective Impact is the buzzword of 2016. We believe that your peers hold a wealth of information and experiences that should be shared to help all nonprofit organizations move towards meeting their missions. This is why we have put a variety of roundtable opportunities on the calendar for 2016. We want to give nonprofit professionals a confidential space to share ideas and discuss solutions to challenges. All of our roundtable offerings are expertly facilitated by CRC staff to ensure you get the most out of every meeting.
