2016 Leadership Cohort

Our Nonprofit Leadership & Management program seeks qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds from nonprofits in all corners of the state to participate in this unique professional development opportunity. The program provides innovative leadership and management training for new executive directors of Colorado nonprofit organizations. With over 700 participants to date, this professional training empowers executive directors to develop greater self-awareness, expand leadership capabilities, master new management techniques, and cultivate meaningful professional relationships. The 9-month program greatly enhances the leadership and management capacity of its participants on individual, organizational, and community levels.
