DiSC Profile Assessment
DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. As part of this program, you will be given this assessment tool and an opportunity to review your results with a certified DiSC Profile trainer. Learn more about DiSC Profile.
Program participants have the opportunity to connect with a qualified professional to provide one-on-one personalized support. Leaders choose between executive coaching or consulting based on their needs. This is a valuable opportunity for leaders to drill down on a specific issue they are working to resolve in their leadership position.
