Regional Convenings

Join Community Resource Center’s Regional Convenings to connect with nonprofit leaders, funders, and organizations in your region. These gatherings provide regional connection, valuable networking opportunities, and open discussions to address the unique challenges facing your communities. Your input will help shape CRC’s Rural Action Network® programming, ensuring it meets the needs of your region. • May 1: San Luis Valley– Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande, and Saguache counties.
• May 15: Western Slope– Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Mesa, and Pitkin counties.
• June 5: Northwest– Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, and Routt counties.
• June 17: Northeast– Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma counties.
• July 24: Heart of Colorado– Chaffee, Clear Creek, Custer, Fremont, Gilpin, Lake, Park, Summit, and Teller counties.
• August 12: Southwest– Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan counties; and the Ute Mountain Ute and Southern Ute tribes.
• August 28: Southeast– Baca, Bent, Crowley, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, and Prowers counties.
• September 9: San Juan– Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel counties.

Regional Convenings will be offered as either full-day or half-day meetings, depending on where each region is in its Rural Philanthropy Days® (RPD)® cycle. Regions that hosted RPD® in 2024 or are preparing to host an RPD® conference in 2026 will have half-day convenings to continue conversations and lay the foundation for the 2026 conferences. All other regions will have full-day convenings to bring funders and statewide partners to these regions and invest in relationship building in the interim years between RPD® conferences. Regardless of the format, every convening will provide a valuable opportunity to connect with nonprofit leaders, Community Resource Center, and funders to explore ways to better support your community. Whether you’re looking to strengthen partnerships, access new resources, or share your region’s needs, these gatherings are designed to help you take action and drive meaningful change.
