Nonprofit Leadership & Management

The Nonprofit Leadership and Management program has been a core program of Community Resource Center’s for almost 30 years. Since it started, nearly a thousand Executive Directors have completed the program which has fundamentally changed the nonprofit sector here in Colorado.  The economy, Covid-19, and the national reckoning with racism is shifting the leadership development landscape.  The program is currently on hiatus as we create a new model for leadership development at CRC. We are excited to be able to take the next year to thoughtfully re-imagine our leadership development programming to meet the needs of our field and partners.
