Our experienced team of trainers works to customize content and provides relevant resource materials that will help solidify learning objectives for each course. We focus our training curriculum on fund development, organizational efficiency and strategic planning.

Guided Skill Tracks Launching in 2026!

CRC is packaging personalized coaching with critical training and resources for nonprofits with guided skill tracks that include:

  • On-Demand Trainings and Toolkit: All skill tracks include access to four on-demand video trainings and a curated toolkit of templates designed to build nonprofit capacity in a specific area of expertise.
  • One-on-One CRC Guide & Coaching Support: CRC Staff will guide participants throughout their participation and coordinate 4 hours of personalized one-on-one coaching to maximize impact of training and resources for the organization.
  • Colorado Grants Guide® Membership: Gain access to the state’s premier grant research tool with a three month membership and guided demo.

  1. Funded Futures: Launching March 2026 – Build your team’s fundraising and grant development capacity with this guided, hands-on program designed to strengthen nonprofit fund development skills and boost grant writing success.

  2. Civic Engagement: Launching May 2026 – Boost your organization’s impact with this set of practical, mission-centered workshops designed to engage communities, elevate your nonpartisan advocacy, and participate effectively in Colorado’s civic landscape.

  3. Board Development: Launching July 2026 – Equip nonprofit leaders with the support needed to cultivate strategic, high-performing boards while strengthening board’s governance and engagement with this comprehensive package adapted from CRC’s Board Leadership program.

  4. Nonprofit Operations: Launching September 2026 – Streamline operations, improve efficiency, and build long-term organizational health with these practical tools, real-world guidance, and tailored support to build strong, sustainable operational systems.
