Course Objective: Community Resource Center Funder Connections are an opportunity for peer-learning and networking for those who work and volunteer in the nonprofit community.
Participants will gain insight and information on the following:
- The organization’s history in Colorado.
- Innovative funding solutions.
- Community Partnerships, sponsorships, loan programs and other ways to engage with CHFA.
- Ways to implement affordable housing and economic development solutions in your community.
- Opportunity for open dialogue and questions with the guest speaker

CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. They offer financial resources to strengthen homeownership, affordable rental housing, and businesses. Their Community Partnership’s program, including Direct Effect Awards, supports nonprofits and community led initiatives that advance housing stability and economic prosperity in Colorado through sponsorships, donations, and volunteerism.
