This is a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with funders, participate in professional development opportunities and network with other community leaders in the region. The Northwest region is comprised of Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, and Routt counties.

We are working to recruit members of our local RPD Steering Committee who will work together to shape the event which is expected to bring together over 40 statewide grantmakers and over 200 regional community and nonprofit leaders in the region. The Steering Committee of around 20 local leaders will serve alongside statewide funders and CRC to plan the conference.

If you live or work in Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, or Routt counties and would like more information about the 2022 conference and regional Steering Committee, join us for one of our two virtual informational meetings:

Tuesday, November 16 10:00am – 11:00am
Friday, December 10 11:00am – 12:00pm

In these meetings we’ll give an overview to Rural Philanthropy Days, speak to the role and many benefits of serving on the Steering Committee, and review positive changes made to the RPD conference planning process.

CRC is seeking proposals from communities interested in hosting this dynamic event. We have seen successful proposals from individual towns, as well as across multiple communities in a county.

If you are interested in this exciting opportunity please email a cover letter and resume by October 29, 2021 to Elizabeth Berkeley at email hidden; JavaScript is required.
