SW DEI Training – Building Justice From Within: The Anti-Oppressive Organization

The Southwest Rural Philanthropy Days Regional Leadership Committee is hosting Regan Byrd Consulting for a two-day training to discuss typically difficult topics through the lens of anti-oppression theory and practice. This training is only open to nonprofit and community based organzations in Southwest Colorado as the session will be specifically tailored to address local regional topics.

This full day, comprehensive training will delve deep into the importance of Evaluations, Evaluation Plans, and Logic Models. Upon completion of this training participants will understand the benefits of evaluation for your program or organization; outline the steps in the evaluation process; describe what a logic model is and how its is useful to program operations; develop and implement basic evaluation practices including logic model development and data collection best practices.

RPD conference activities are collaboratively coordinated by a Regional Steering Committee comprised of rural nonprofit, government and business leaders, Community Resource Center, the Anschutz Family Foundation and local foundation staff.
