Rural Experience

As a part of continuing efforts to bridge the resource gap in rural Colorado, CRC is launching the Rural Experience. This is a new opportunity for statewide leaders to learn from and engage with rural communities.

Join us for this immersive, engaging program and gain a better understanding of the extended impact of a deeply rooted and complex issue, including an intentional focus on root causes and potential local solutions.

This year’s Rural Experience will engage community members most affected by the opioid and addiction crisis in the San Luis Valley and Southern Colorado more broadly. The issue was selected as particularly relevant and timely, framing growing national concern for rural community health.

Registration is now open! Don’t miss this essential opportunity to deepen your knowledge and build relationships with organizations working to address these issues in the San Luis Valley and statewide. Registration is open through October 20, 2017.
