Regional Issue/Community Solutions Event

Successful learning cohorts inspire each other and collaborate on solving important community issues.

Community Resource Center’s infrastructure supports the organic emergence of collaborative issue-based work. Each cohort comes together and identifies a pressing regional and/or community need. CRC would support the cohort to identify, organize, and convene a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss and explore root causes, existing community-based efforts, and partnership opportunities for key, complex issues in Southern Colorado.  These events are participatory and designed to deepen analysis and relationships to more effectively address the issue in the future.

Key outcomes may include:

  • Each organization is strengthened in its own work on the specified issue
  • Organizations experience strengthened relationships through spending time together in critical thinking
  • Identification of existing collaborations that need more support
  • Identification of the need for new collaborative efforts to address an issue under discussion
Cost

This level of community engagement ranges between $25,000 and $50,000 per event, depending on size and scale.
