General Learning Cohort 

Community Resource Center prides itself on our ability to design and deliver a program tailored to specific organizations and their goals. We also capitalize on providing group learning opportunities that strengthen bonds between organizations that currently work together or to facilitate the creation of new relationships. Participating organizations receive customized coaching, consulting, and resources specific to their organizational needs. Group learning opportunities would focus on growing organizational strengths and supporting collaboration between participants. Learning cohort evaluations will measure individual and organizational benchmarks. 

You can choose the criteria for selection to respond to specific needs, such as: 

• Individuals who are all in the same positions: i.e., Executive Directors, Deputy Directors or board members 
• Key, smaller organizations who need to foster good relationships among themselves or stabilize their organizations 
• Issue area: childcare organizations, criminal justice, health, etc. 
• Geographically located clusters  
• Individuals who are all from the same organization (suggest this be a larger organization – minimum of 15 staff – or an anchor organization) 

Cost

This offering is dependent on the size of the learning cohort, with cost ranging between $20,000 to $120,000.
