Individual Coaching for Executive Directors 

Coaching is a flexible, tailored and accessible way of strengthening organizations by sustaining key leaders. CRC can develop, administer, and evaluate an individual coaching program for Executive Directors.  

CRC’s network of experienced coaches could work with 8 – 12 Executive Directors by providing an assessment, developing a learning plan, and then offering 10 hours of coaching to support them in the implementation of their learning plan. Evaluation is included. We suggest providing stipends to your organization’s Executive Directors in order to finance self-care and professional development needs. 


Depending on the number of participants in the program, as well as the variability of number of coaching hours, etc,  the cost for this program falls in the range of $24,000 – $45,000.
