Presenting Organizations:

Like anything else in life, fundraising works better if you have a plan — and even better if you follow it. In this workshop, we’ll discuss:

• Identifying the best mix of income for your organization

• Building an annual fundraising calendar

• Beyond dollars: Identifying other ways to benchmark your results

• Using your plan to educate your board, deflect random fundraising ideas, and stay on task

Andy Robinson is a national nonprofit fundraising expert who has facilitated hundreds of webinars on how to find funding.

As the COVID-19 pandemic takes its toll across the United States, vulnerable populations (including low-income communities, communities of color, the elderly, and the disabled) are being disproportionately affected. The disparities faced by these communities, which are a reflection of the continuing consequences of inequality, structural racism, and unequal access to affordable health care — are a primary factor in the pandemic death rate. Join Independent Sector and Equity in the Center for an interactive conversation about how you can proactively apply a race equity lens to your organization’s COVID-19 response and help ensure that our collective pandemic-focused efforts prioritize race equity.

Learn how to continue engaging stakeholders while practicing physical distancing. In this video, Nikki Bell and Simon Scriver take you through the steps and learning of developing online engagement events.

In partnership with Washington Council Ernst & Young, Independent Sector has provided a resource to help nonprofits navigate this very dynamic landscape. Many details and protocols that will govern the flow of these resources are still being developed and shared, so information is evolving daily.  The webinar covered the information that the Independent Sector has provided and discussed additional federal policy needs and the prospect for addressing them in future legislation.

In Washington, the COVID-19 crisis response is constantly evolving. What we know today is sure to be different from what we’ll know tomorrow. Watch the interactive conversation about the breaking developments in federal policy — with a special focus on the ones that you need to understand to help your organization keep moving. Hosted by the Independent Sector.

CRC hosted Rapid Response Roundtable webinars to discuss the most pressing community needs we have heard emerge from statewide partners in the field as they respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To assist communities across the state in their response work, these webinars created space for nonprofits to share their innovations with each other, highlight funding available to meet immediate needs, and catalyze on collaboration across our sector in this challenging time.

CRC moderated dialogues with diverse, statewide nonprofit partners and funders working to support organizations in their response efforts, with the opportunity for additional audience participation.
